This is such a beautiful gift for anyone or a nice way to treat yourself. I will use the moon phase from the birthday given (including the year) to create a double sided keepsake. The back will be customized with Name and Birthday, or if you would prefer a quote, I can do that as well.

You have your choice of 5 fonts. See 4th photo for font choices.

You have your choice of a PENDANT, NECKLACE or KEY CHAIN in 5 colors:
Shiny Silver
Antique Silver
Bronze
Copper
Black

Please make your style, font and color choice from the drop down menus when checking out.

I will also include a printed card with the meaning behind the birth moon (meanings will vary from the one shown) (see 8th photo)

The NECKLACE comes with a matching 24” link chain

The PENDANT measures 25mm (1” Round). With the attached bail, it measures about 1 1/2" long and the bail is large enough to fit most chains.

The KEY CHAIN has an extra large split ring attached.

Images are printed on quality matte photo paper with archival inks, so the colors will not fade. They are then set under a crystal clear, domed glass cabochon, which enhances the beauty of the image.

The photos in my listing are a representation of the item you will receive. Colors may be slightly different depending on your computer.

The back of the cameo is sealed for protection, however, it is not completely waterproof, so I would not suggest bathing or swimming while wearing your item, or submerging it in water. I also do not recommend my items be worn by children under 3, as they may be a choking hazard.

Most of my items are made to order, so please allow 2-5 days for processing (this does not include shipping time).

Your item(s) will be sent in a colorful organza bag ready for gift giving (colors vary) and will be shipped in a padded envelope for safety.
